Degrees posted to transcripts on August 31, 2026! Please monitor your email for upcoming information on how to receive your diploma.

| Pickup Times: | 8:30am - 4:30pm CLOSED Saturday and Sunday |
| Pickup Location: | Office of the University Registrar J.C. Kellam Administrative Building (JCK) 601 University Dr, Suite 620 |
| What to Bring: | Valid photo ID (e.g., TXST BobcatCard, driver's license, passport) |
| Other: | Diplomas will not be ready for pickup prior to August 31, 2026. |
Any diplomas NOT picked up by September 4, 2026 will be mailed out through USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail the following week. We ask that students allow 4-6 weeks for the diploma to arrive. There is not an option for tracking or faster shipping unless you provide our office with a pre-paid shipping label.
