Degrees posted to transcripts January 7, 2026! Please monitor your email for upcoming information on how to receive your diploma.
| Pickup Dates: | Monday, January 26 – Friday, February 6, 2026 |
| Pickup Times: | 8:30am - 5pm CLOSED Saturday and Sunday |
| Pickup Location: | Office of the University Registrar J.C. Kellam Administrative Building (JCK) 601 University Dr, Suite 620 |
| What to Bring: | Valid photo ID (e.g., TXST BobcatCard, driver's license, passport) |
| Other: | Diplomas will not be ready for pickup prior to January 26. |
Any diplomas NOT picked up by February 6, 2026, will be mailed out through USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail on Monday, February 9, 2026. We ask that students allow 4-6 weeks for the diploma to arrive. There is not an option for tracking or faster shipping unless you provide our office with a pre-paid shipping label.
