| Pickup Location: | Office of the University Registrar J.C. Kellam Administrative Building (JCK) 601 University Dr, Suite 620 |
| What to Bring: | Valid photo ID (e.g., TXST BobcatCard, driver's license, passport) |
| Other: | Diplomas will not be ready for pickup prior to June 15, 2026. |
Any diplomas NOT picked up by June 26, 2026, will be mailed out through USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Mail on Monday, June 29, 2026. We ask that students allow 4-6 weeks for the diploma to arrive. There is not an option for tracking or faster shipping unless you provide our office with a pre-paid shipping label.
