You can view your holds online by logging in to Texas State Self-Service and then following the instructions below. The Office of the University Registrar cannot remove holds. You must contact the department who placed the hold to request it be removed or if you have questions as to why the hold was placed on your record.
1) Log in to Texas State Self-Service
To check your registration eligibility, first log in to Texas State Self-Service.
2) View Holds within your “Student Profile”
Look to the far right to view any holds placed on your student account.
3) View Holds Information
Expand each hold to view the reason and processes affected. Information on how to release holds can be found on One Stop’s website.
