With tuition insurance coverage* students can receive a reimbursement of up to 100% of their school expenses/payments after an unexpected withdrawal (at any time during the semester) for a covered illness, injury, mental health disorder, and more.

Contact GradGuard by calling 866.985.7598 to start your claim. GradGuard will send you a claim packet, along with an Institution Validation Form. You must complete and sign Section 4 of the Institution Validation Form and then email the form to cashiers@txstate.edu. Student Business Services at Texas State University will assist with completion of the form and coordinating with the Office of the University Registrar for their part.

Tuition Insurance is optional. However, the coverage is term specific. You will need a new plan each term you would like tuition insurance coverage.
